These Terms govern your use of msquaredcapital.com and any subscription you buy from M Squared Cap LLC (“M Squared Capital,” “we,” “us”). By using the site or subscribing, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Legal Disclaimer. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

What we offer

We publish independent research on retail and consumer companies:

Immediate Call Postmortems Free
Published after earnings calls.

Upon Further Review $350 / year
Reports published after earnings calls for the companies we cover.

Deep Dives $500 / year
Primary research on individual companies, plus everything in Upon Further Review.

We decide which companies we cover and when we publish. We may add or drop coverage and change the timing or format of our research.

Billing and automatic renewal

Subscriptions are billed annually, in advance. Your subscription renews automatically each year at the then-current price, charged to your payment method on file, unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will tell you before any price increase takes effect.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account. When you cancel, your subscription won’t renew, and you keep full access until the end of the year you have already paid for.

No refunds

All subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial years, unused time or content you did not read.

Angel Subscribers

Subscribers who joined before [LAUNCH DATE] (“Angel Subscribers”) keep access to all research, including Deep Dives, at a discounted rate that will always be below the public price for the same access. The current Angel rate is $350 per year. We will give Angel Subscribers at least [30] days’ notice before any change to their rate. The Angel rate is available only while your subscription stays active; if it lapses, you may rejoin at the public price.

One subscription per person

Each subscription is for one named individual. You may not share your login, forward or post reports or financial models, or otherwise give anyone else access to subscriber content. If several people at your firm want access, each needs their own subscription. Your firm can buy them by card on our Plans page, or contact us to arrange billing. We may suspend or end, without refund, any account we reasonably believe is being shared.

Our content

All research, financial models and other content on the site belong to M Squared Cap LLC and are protected by copyright. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable license to read and use subscriber content for your own investment research. You may not copy, redistribute, resell or publish it, in whole or in part, except for short quotations that credit M Squared Capital and link to our site.

Your account

Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it.

Our research is published for informational purposes only and is not personalized investment advice. Please read our Legal Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, M Squared Cap LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any investment loss, arising from your use of the site or our research. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version on this page with a new date, and notify subscribers of material changes by email.
